Andrea's way of working therapeutically is fundamentally 'relational', that is, based on the belief that relationships play a crucial role in the shaping of our daily experiences. She works to help people understand patterns appearing in the thoughts and feelings they have toward themselves and others, in a safe and confidential space.

Andrea Graf Psychotherapy is based in London and Brighton. Andrea is a UKCP-registered psychoanalytic psychotherapist (attachment-based) and an Italian-trained dramatherapist.
Services
Andrea offers therapy on an individual basis and with couples, in person and online.
Therapy work is offered on long-term and open-ended basis, but short-term contracts may be possible in certain circumstances.
Andrea offers clinical supervision/consultations.
